Summary
The Author considers the basic regulations of agreements, which considerably prevent, restrict or distort competition, abuse of dominant position and concentration (mergers) in the Serbian Law on Protection of Competition. Thereupon, the Author gives comparative reviews of European legislation, national legislation in the EU and national legislation of the West Balkans countries. In this paper, the Author analyzes the most important antimonopoly decisions of EU Commission and European Court of Justice. Regarding to this the Author puts the regulations of Serbian Law in context of deliberations of given decisions. The overall aim of this work is to propose the interpretation of relevant Serbian antimonopoly regulations.
